The surviving girl sobs in disbelief and sorrow over her dead friend. Without warning, the killer rams his knife through her back. She rolls over her dead friend onto her back, the wound clearly going all the way through. As she sobs in agony, laying on the cold floor as her pours out, he continues to torment her. He stabs her again in her soft belly, then slices the knife across her large natural breasts. He places the knife to her throat and asks her to choose the next location. She cannot answer numb with pain and hopelessness. He chooses for her, letting the blade slowly slip into one of her breasts, finding its way into her heart.
