Choose a video and get the thumbnail properties:

http://media.dirtydoctorsvideos.com:81/thumbs/5/1/d/b/a/51dba8476e834Trishas%20Holiday%202013.f4v/51dba8476e834Trishas%20Holiday%202013.f4v-3.jpg

Now manipulate the url like this:

http://media.dirtydoctorsvideos.com:81/videos/5/1/d/b/a/51dba8476e834Trishas%20Holiday%202013.mp4

All your doing is replacing "thumbs" with "videos" and "f4v" with "mp4" also remove the last hash mark and everything after it
